At Evolve Marketing Services, my mission is to empower and elevate Black women entrepreneurs who own small businesses in the beauty, fashion, women empowerment, and food services marketplace. I am dedicated to providing unparalleled marketing consultancy services that not only amplify their brand presence but also celebrate and showcase the unique stories, creativity, and excellence within their ventures.

After graduating from Delaware State University in 2006 with my B.A. in Public Relations and Minor in Marketing, I started my career as a Marketing Operations Professional in the pharmaceutical industry. I’ve spent the last 18 years supporting pharmaceutical brands by leading the creation, development ,and launch of brand marketing strategies and digital/print tactics for FDA approved drugs that treat cancer, diabetes, arthritis, rare blood disorders and various other disease states. My contributions have allowed those brands to maximize growth and increase their sales in the millions while transforming the healthcare industry through science.

At the end of 2023, as I was winding down after another successful brand launch I found myself…restless! So, I asked myself, what if I took the skills and experience I’ve acquired and applied it to areas I’m interested in such as fashion, beauty/self care, women’s empowerment and of course FOOD!!

Within 30 days of that question I hired my business coach ,started applying the teachings from my pastors/mentors Dr. Dharius and Shameka Daniels and here I am ready to help my community EVOLVE their businesses!

I chose the word EVOLVE because no one person can do so by themselves, we need partnership and collaboration.
